SHAHEED PEERA

Director

Shaheed has extensive client-side and agency experience. His creative and strategic portfolio spans across consumer, healthcare, med comms, clinical trials, PR, social, e-commerce and DTC brands. He's no stranger to creating start-ups as well as navigating large multi-nationals. Notable highlights include a Guinness Book of Records for creating the world’s largest robot for the NFL, being the world’s most awarded creative in healthcare communications and becoming Cannes Lions first British Asian Health & Wellness President. Shaheed’s counsel gives your business instant access to world-class, award winning creative, innovation, mentorship and training. He also makes a great cup of tea. 

CARL OWEN

Director

Carl entered the medical communications world in 2013 after a long stint in academia (BSc, MSc, PhD). This biological scientist turned medical writer turned entrepreneur grew the Monster Medical Group (as a solopreneur) to a 7-figure company within 3 years. As a serial agency entrepreneur, and having already walked the agency walk, he can draw on his experience, knowledge and resources to help you solve your own business challenges. Carl will show you what it takes to build a progressive culture, how to run an efficient service and will support with content strategy.

HARRY BROOKER

Director

Harry has been living and breathing digital, PR, advertising and med ed recruitment since 2014, working alongside some of the most notorious agencies across the UK, USA and Europe. Harry is extremely passionate about giving back to the healthcare comms industry, which you can clearly see (or hear!) if you tune into the Healthcare Comms Podcast. His current focus is to create a network of independent start-up agencies that will deliver life-changing work across the world. Harry will support you with health and wellness, culture, HR and recruitment.

ALISTAIR DUFF

Finance Director

Alistair has been a qualified (FCCA) accountant for over 25 years. He specialises in SMEs and has been the financial backbone for many healthcare communications agencies (both established and start-up). He understands all of those healthcare-specific nuances, which will help you to setup to succeed straight from the outset. Alistair will support you through all money matters, from those all-important first steps to compliance and tax efficiency to gaining financial confidence and stability.

MELANIE PECK

HR Manager

Melanie is a qualified and experienced human resource manager. She’s had a varied career across human resource management, office management and executive level personal assistance. Melanie keeps up-to-date with current employment law and has strong employee relations and people management skills. She’ll support you with office systems, policies, procedures and the implementation of effective HR management.
